More early release Ruby Star Society precuts
I can't think of a better way to close out summer than with these early release precuts of Kim Kight's upcoming Strawberry and Friends fabric collection
Her enormously strawberry print is back - in new colours, and the supporting prints are every bit as cute. There's yoghurt cups, a tiny new berry print, florals and plaids in a playful semi-rainbow palette.
As these are early release pre-cuts I have a strictly limited number available. Choose from the adorable mini charms, 5" charm packs, jelly rolls and layer cakes. You can find all the Strawberry and Friends pre-release precuts here.
In fact there has been a flood of Ruby Star Society precuts being delivered over the last few weeks. If you missed the arrival announcements, here's a summary for you:
Melody Miller's Elixir is a romantic collection that was inspired by lighter moments such as vacations, cocktails and getting lost in nature. Some precuts have sold out, but there are still a few charm packs, mini charms and a jelly roll left.
Rashida's Koi Pond will sweep you away to sunny days in the park, enjoying the cool breeze off the lake. The toffee, peach, yellow and mint works seamlessly with Elixir and some of our favourite design, like the fishies, Its a Plus, and Cranes are back in new colours.
I just couldn't get the idea of a Koi Pond and Elixir mash up out of my head so I grabbed myself a couple of mini charm packs and some 1" hexagon papers and dived straight in. I don't really have a firm plan yet and if anything the panel is a bit of an English paper piecing doodle, yet I am enjoying the slow stitching.
I may push through and make a cushion panel, or perhaps a zipper pouch - because you can never have too many storage options IMHO!
