French General Wovens - Small Gingham in Stone

Gingham has been loved for centuries and is said to have originated in the 17th century, initially as a stripe and later as the yarn-woven checks we recognise today. These small-scale checks and plaids from French General, in shades of blue, indigo, red, and natural woven with pearl yarn, are the perfect neutral to incorporate into quilts and garments.

100% yarn-woven cotton, 112cm wide

The fabric is sold in 25cm increments cut across the width of the fabric.  However, you may request a fat quarter cut by leaving a comment at the checkout.  Wherever possible, multiples will be supplied as a continuous length.

1 = 25cm 

2 = 50cm 

3 = 75cm

4 = 1m and so on.
