Chenille needles are ideal for embroidery using a very thick yarn (silk chenille type) on thin, medium or thick canvases and fabrics, by adapting the needle to the fabric and to the diameter of your chenille. BOHIN chenille needles have a long eye that allows a thick yarn to be threaded through in order to make ribbon embroidery or embellishment embroidery.
They are a great choice for hand quilting with thicker threads such as perle 8
